A wise man once said, "In all living, have much fun and laughter. Life is to be enjoyed, not just endured." We have weathered storms that tried to break us, but through it all, we have always tried to find the joy in our journey. Watching our family grow has given us more joy than we ever thought possible. There is joy in the journey, even in the middle of the storms!

Speaking of weather...
I'm glad we took the time to enjoy the good weather. It's 35 degrees today, warming up from a balmy 27 degrees. I hear it is snowing in town. So far we haven't gotten any, but 'they' say it's coming. Thayne wants to go get wood in the morning. He wants me to go. I think I don't like being cold!!! BRRRRRRRRR!!!! I love fall. But I really don't care for winter! I don't like to be bone cold. That kind of cold that hurts clear to the bone, where you start shaking and can't get warm. But then, it is nice to have a nice hot fire burning, the house sitting at about 85 degrees and everyone sitting around drinking yummy homemade hot chocolate and watching a movie! That's heaven for sure!!! Here comes winter, ready or not!!!
