Kassi took pictures of everything... it almost looks like they never get out. But I promise they do! This isn't her first Hotel, she just gets a kick out of it every single time she gets to stay in one so we have lots of random pictures of random things inside the hotels!

It seems the first thing they do when they get to their hotel room is start taking pictures!

We spent hours in indoor/outdoor pool Thursday night. It was so fun. We loved the hot tub and the pools. The night was perfect for swimming!
Then off we went to visit the Temple. Before the newly built temples are dedicated they have an open house for the public to be able to walk through and see the beauty and sacredness of them. It is amazing and the greatest opportunity for our kids to be able to visit the temple! There is a feeling inside of the temples that cannot be put into words and the kids loved it! It was wonderful!

Being inside the temples is the greatest experience ever! They are beautiful, a piece of heaven right here in the middle of the crazy, mixed up world! It was so fun to take our kids and let them experience the spirit of the temple!

Almost all of us... it sometimes feels strange to have 'family' pictures taken when we don't have all of the family with us!
I do have to say that it is never a good idea to leave the packing to the kids. Since it was a last minute decision to run away, I didn't get my lists made for who had what in their bags. We got there without Kalli's church shoes, without some socks, without this, or that... I had to take Kailee to the doctor Thursday morning and we were running like crazy to get everything together to be able to meet Thayne in town. That will teach me! But then, what we couldn't buy we could certainly do without! And the trip turned out to be amazing anyway! With or without shoes! Kids... just being kids, playing and posing and looking forward to the next exciting part of our journey!

Ah, Kim, your family is so wonderful. What a neat day, they will always treasure moments like this. You know, I hear all the time the things that people say about large families, and I wish they could know yours. The love, and the fun are palpable in the pics you post. Of course, the REALNESS is what is best...they aren't all little robots. Much love to you!

the first picture of the temple you have on here i was like...that is the rexburg temple. whaaat? but then went down and saw the different angle and realized it wasnt. but i was like, really confused for a second. but anyways, this whole trip is just adorable. you guys look like you had so much fun.
