And.... he's three!!!

Our sweet little man is 3!

He showed us miracles of Biblical proportions~

He teaches us everyday of acceptance and love and gratitude and joy!

Everyday... still... we look at him and feel the miracle of his life

and are grateful for all that we learned by walking through the trials.

We feel absolute joy when he barges into the house

after being gone with one of his sisters and yells,

"We are home!!!"

We are so grateful for his love~

and he truly loves!

He accepts everyone,

he pulls them into his heart and shows them unconditional love.

Even as young as he is!

He brings joy to our home.

Who knew that we could love so much someone that we never even knew

was missing!

3 years later,

and we still look at him as our miracle

and count our blessings everyday.

He makes us smile.

He makes us laugh.

He adds so much to this home!

Happy Birthday little man.

Thank you for being such a fighter,

for teaching us by your example,

for loving us so much!

We love you!!!!

Nate kept telling us he wasn't getting into the cake...
we did make him wait until Garrett and Jace got off work...
so he had stared at this cake for hours.
But his green tongue and the missing frosting was a dead give away
that he had been into it...
but he laughed and denied it!

We told him to show us his tongue...
he covered his mouth and refused to open it.
I think he mostly just loved the attention
and how much he was making us laugh
by covering his mouth!
Nope, nothing green here!

Nate got his new Cozy Coupe that he had wanted.

He calls it a jeep.

He is suddenly obsessed with Jeeps

Because Jace got a Jeep.

The only problem was that

Gabe suddenly became obsessed with the Cozy Coupe also!

This is called a temper tantrum!!!

Nate tried to convince him to ride on a different toy

But Gabe was going to have nothing to do with that!

Our sweet little Gabe has a temper when he doesn't get his way!!!

Lucky for him,

Nate pretty much gives Gabe his way, always!

Gabe got his way...

Back on the 'jeep'

ready to ride!

Gabe wasn't convinced to play with the other toys

Nate brought out for him...

Nate knew to pick his battles

so he let Gabe ride in the back

and let Jace push them around the house!

What a great uncle...

Even though he loved his 'jeep'

he was willing to share with his 'Babe'....

Our sweet little man is THREE!!!
